§ 17-15. Regulation of businesses operated on Sunday.

All of the area within the town, and all persons therein, shall be exempt from the provisions of G.S. 14-346.2, as fully and to the same extent as if such act had never been passed, to the end that all persons may operate their businesses in the same manner as they have been lawfully permitted to do prior to the passage of such act, and to be allowed to sell and offer for sale their merchandise in the manner as they are now lawfully permitted to do under the present legal limits.
