§ 2-116. Establishment and designation; definition.

(a)

There is hereby established a planning board for the town, which planning board shall be designated the "Town of Siler City Planning Board."

(b)

For the purpose of this chapter, the term "planning board" shall be taken to mean the "Town of Siler City Planning Board."
