This compilation consists of all acts of the General Assembly of North Carolina of a general and permanent nature which affect
the Town of Siler City, North Carolina. Specific or temporary acts, such as bond issues, validation of deeds, transfer of
property approval, etc., have not been included herein. For ease of indexing and reference, the editor has arbitrarily numbered
the various sections of the several acts comprising this compilation, the section numbers so assigned being placed in brackets;
in no way should these section numbers be construed as being official. Any other provisions in brackets have been added by
the editor for purposes of clarity. Uniform systems of capitalization and citation of the General Statutes have been used.
